2. Purpose of the Job:
The purpose of the job is to identify business opportunities from existing and new retail clients to ensure the achievement of business targets.
3. Main Responsibilities of the Job:
a) Identify prospective corporate clients through market research, analysis and networking to ensure the achievement of set targets;
b) Develop dynamic working relationships with corporate customers to identify opportunities for cross selling, areas of growth and new business acquisition;
c) Manage and administer corporate clients� portfolios in line with Sonarwa�s policies to enhance increased revenue for the company;
d) Develop and maintain customer relationships through prompt resolution of issues and occasional customer visits;
e) Contribute to identification of gaps and development of new corporate products in liaison with the Marketing and Business Development teams;
f) Market Sonarwa�s products to corporate clients to close sales and enhance achievement of the business targets;
g) Handle and respond to corporate clients� queries and complaints in a timely manner; and
h) Periodically seek customers� views to assess customer service levels in liaison with Customer Service team and devel0p strategies to improve service level.

a) Achievement of set targets on new accounts, cross selling and profitability of the business;
b) Customer retention and repeat business

e) Well managed existing client portfolios as per Sonarwa�s client management guidelines

Internal Relationships:
a) Responsible for Sales Executives working under this position
b) Required to liaise and work closely with the other departments as may be necessary
External Relationships:
a) Sonarwa customers
b) Insurance Regulation Authorities
6. Professional, academic qualifications and experience
a) Bachelor�s Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Insurance or any other relevant field.
b) One (1) year experience in Sales
