DUHAMIC-ADRI has the pleasure to look for interested companies or firms with proven capacities to provide restaurant services (meal and beverages) and other facilities for meeting, training and workshop organized by DUHAMIC-ADRI in Huye District to implement its program activities in Huye District.

This tender is open for restaurant services and training, meeting and workshop facilitation services operating in Huye District.

The term of reference with detailed information on this tender is available at the offices of DUHAMIC-ADRI located in Huye (Taba).

The selection of best bidder will be done by using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the present request for proposals.

The proposal for this tender shall include Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal.

The prices proposed with the financial proposal shall include all direct and indirect taxes.

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Huye sub-office no later than Friday, 24th January 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 9:30 a.m at the regional office of DUHAMIC-ADRI located in Huye (Taba).
