BRALIRWA is looking for a qualified, dedicated & experienced individual to fill the position of Warehouse Operations Supervisor located in Gisenyi, reporting to the Warehouse Manager

Key responsibilities

Organize and coordinate the warehousing activities in order to ensure the stock optimization and customer�s satisfaction.

Supervise stocks activities in order to ensure its compliance with Heineken standards.

Review and confirm the missing and breakages amount to be refunded to distributors.

Coordinate non-conforms processing in order to ensure their reimbursement and consideration.

Monitor warehousing flows in order to ensure the integrality and conformity of Company assets.

Report timely on the warehousing operations and explain figures to relevant stakeholders for decision making.

Perform monthly account reconciliations in the system versus physical inventory, identify discrepancies, prepare and submit adjustment approvals.

Raise and promote safety awareness in the warehouse so as to reduce the risk of incident and accidents.

Raise awareness of stock quality among the warehouse team to prevent quality defective products.

Provide OTIF reports on warehouse operations.

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Skills and Experience

Bachelor degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any other related field.

A minimum of 3 years� experience in warehousing.

Working knowledge of MS Office packages-Word & Excel.

Must have language proficiency in English, French and Kinyarwanda.

Having inductive reasoning scores is an added value.
