President Kagame has sacked Minister Jean Marie Vianney Gatabazi, who was minister of local government due to yet to know reasons.
The new minister is Jean Claude Musabyimana, who was Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture.
The Statement from Rwandan Prime Minister has no deep details regarding sacking of Gatabazi.

However, reports say Jean Marie Vianney Gatabazi reported to be among senior officials who forcefully sought to have their children admitted at the elite Rwanda Coding Academy.
