This afternoon at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame received Hon. António Tete, Minister of External Relations of Angola who is in Rwanda with a message from President João Lourenço of Angola, who is currently serving as Chairperson of ICGLR.
Tete has met DRC Tshisekedi on the same mission to Kigali.
The development comes after the bilateral tension between Kigali and Kinshasa over M23 rebels.
