FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children\u2019s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low- and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected\/infected by HIV\/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.<\/p>\n
With financial support from USAID Rwanda, through GIKURIRO Program, FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and eligible companies or persons to apply for the tender of \u201cCONSTRUCTION OF TWENTY (20) WATER SPRINGS in Nyanza District\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n
The participation in the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field with the following documents:<\/p>\n
The tender document
\nCopy of the incorporation certificate from RDB
\nValid Tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority
\nValid RSSB clearance certificate
\nVAT Registration Certificate and proof of EBM Use.
\nNB.<\/p>\n
The Tender Document may be obtained from the coordination office of FXB Rwanda upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Rwf) for buying tender documents deposited to the account number 25001965001 opened in I&M BANK Rwanda in the name of Fran\u00e7ois Xavier Bagnoud.
\nEvery bidder must conduct a site visit on February 4,5 and 6, 2020
\nWell printed bids written in the English language, properly bound and presented in four copies of which, an original and three copies must reach, in sealed envelopes, at FXB Rwanda Muhima Bridge I House, KN07 PO. Box: 188 KIGALI at the latest on February 10, 2020, at 10h00 a.m late bids will be rejected.
\nThe bids will remain valid for 90 days starting from the deadline for their submission.
\nThe opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day on February 10, 2020, at 10h30 a.m prompt local time at the FXB Rwanda conference-room.<\/p>\n
