Tender number: <\/strong>06\/OCB\/2025-2026\/NCNM<\/strong><\/p>\n

The National Council of Nurses and Midwives (NCNM) is a regulatory body, established by Law \u2116 25\/2008 of 25\/07\/2008. Its principal function is to protect the public from any harm that may result from the practice of a nurse or a midwife, by setting standards of education and practice, as well as registering only those who are eligible and competent to practice.<\/p>\n

The National Council of Nurses and Midwives (NCNM) invites eligible and interested individuals or companies in Kigali City<\/strong> to bid for the Tender to <\/strong>provide restaurant services<\/strong> for the tender \u2116 06\/OCB\/2025-2026\/NCNM<\/strong>, as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements.<\/p>\n

Eligible bidders may obtain tender documents from the NCNM Procurement office (on the 1st<\/sup> floor of the NCNM building), upon presentation of a bank slip of non-refundable fee amounting to Five Thousand Rwandan francs (5,000 Rwf<\/strong>) deposited into account \u2116 <\/strong>100001922984 <\/strong>opened in Bank of Kigali (BK) in the name of NCNM.<\/p>\n

The bids shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid submission deadline mentioned above.<\/p>\n

Well-printed and properly bound bids labelled \u201c<\/strong>Tender to <\/strong>provide restaurant services\u2019\u2019<\/strong> must be submitted to the office of the Procurement Officer, in sealed envelopes not later than Wednesday, 08\/07\/2026<\/strong> at 10:00 am local time <\/em>(08.00 AM GMT). Late bids will not be accepted.The opening of bids will take place the same day at 11:00 am local time<\/em> (09.00 AM GMT), in the Conference Hall of the NCNM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to witness the public bids opening session.<\/p>\n
