Two explosions rocked Ugandan capital Kampala Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n
The explosions went off simultaneously bringing traffic in the city center to a standstill as the police rescue vehicles and ambulances rushed to the scene.<\/p>\n
One blast was near the Central Police Station while the other went off near the Parliament building at about 10am.<\/p>\n
Security agents cordoned off the area as surrounding buildings were evacuated and ambulances rushed the injured to hospital.<\/p>\n
Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah was among those who were evacuated from Parliament buildings.<\/p>\n
Authorities have not confirmed any deaths.<\/p>\n
This is the third time in two months that explosions have gone off in Uganda.<\/p>\n
In October, a bomb killed at least one person in a restaurant on the outskirts of Kampala.<\/p>\n
