UNGUKA BANK Plc, BP 6417 KIGALI, Code: 100500249 having its registered office in Kigali, Nyarugenge District, DORONA HOUSE; would like to recruit competent and qualified person to the position of Receptionist.<\/p>\n
Under the administrative supervision of Human Resources and Administration Services Department, the Reception will be responsible for the following duties:<\/p>\n
Receive and direct visitors,
\nReceiving couriers from different stakeholders of the bank (internal and external);
\nMaintain the general filing system and file all correspondences;
\nAssist in the planning and preparation of meetings;
\nMaintain an adequate inventory of office supplies;
\nRespond to public inquiries;
\nProvide word-processing and secretarial support;
\nFiling, archiving, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents;
\nPrepare and maintain daily, monthly and annual reports of performed activities;
\nResponding to periodical Internal and External auditors\u2019 requirements and implementation of their recommendations.
\nQualifications and other requirements<\/p>\n
The candidates must:<\/p>\n
Hold at least a bachelor\u2019s degree in Secretariat, Administrative sciences with experience
\nof at least 2 years in a similar position;
\nFluent in English and Kinyarwanda;
\nCommunicative & high level of negotiation skills;
\nLeadership skills;
\nDemonstrate a high level of integrity;
\nBe immediately available to start work.
