Bella flowers Ltd is a private company registered in Rwanda under code company 103449745 on 20th October 2014 and the government of Rwanda\/MINAGR\/NAEB owns 100% of its shares. It owns a land of 100 Ha in Gishari Rwamagana District, and Eastern Province on which Flowers is being undertaken.<\/p>\n
The company is seeking to recruit highly skilled, self-motivated, and experienced persons to fill the following position\/post:<\/p>\n
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (1) <\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u201cListen\u201d to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company
\nLiaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc. that meets market demands
\nDefine marketing strategies to support the company\u2019s overall strategies and objectives
\nDevelop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
\nPlan and organize marketing functions and operations (branding, communications, etc.), and ensure they project the company\u2019s unique business both local, regional, and international
\nDesign and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc.)
\nBuild a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
\nCreate a solid network of strategic partnerships e.g Rwandair, RDB, PSF, etc..
\nManaging all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
\nDeveloping the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
\nCoordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
\nEnsuring that all performance targets attached to his\/her contract and forming an integral part of this agreement are met.
\nOverseeing the company\u2019s marketing budget.
\nCreation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
\nPlanning and implementing promotional campaigns.
\nManager and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
\nOverall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
\nPreparing online and print marketing campaigns.
\nMonitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
\nCreating a wide range of different marketing materials.
\nMaintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
\nAnalyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
\nTravel to meet potential clients and establish good client relations.
\n JOB SPECIFICATION<\/p>\n
Essential Requirements<\/p>\n
BSc\/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field; MSc\/MA will be a plus
\n10 years of experiences in flower industry as chief marketing officer
\nDemonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.)
\nSolid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
\nAbility to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
\nUnderstanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.)
\nProficient in MS Office and business software
\nA leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
\nOutstanding communication (written and verbal) both English and French and interpersonal abilities
