APR FC Makes Power Moves with RWF 429 Million Transfer Spree

As the player transfer window nears its end, APR FC continues to prove its financial strength and ambition.

According to Isibo TV, the Rwandan army club has invested a staggering RWF 429 million in new signings, including both local talents and international stars.

Raouf Dao and William Togui Break Transfer Records

Among the new signings, Raouf Memel Dao emerged as the most expensive player, costing APR FC RWF 137 million for a 4-year contract. He was followed by William Togui, signed for RWF 101 million on a 2-year deal.

Ugandan Ssekiganda and Rwandan Ombarenga Join the Pack

Ronald Ssekiganda, a Ugandan midfielder, was signed for RWF 36 million on a 2-year contract. Among Rwandan players, Fitina Ombarenga stood out, being signed for RWF 40 million, also on a 2-year deal.

Local Talent Valued

Other local players include:

  • Nduwayo Alex (from Gasogi United) – RWF 30 million

  • Ngabonziza Pacifique – RWF 25 million

  • Hakizimana Adolphe – RWF 20 million

  • Iraguha Hadji and Bugingo Hakim – RWF 20 million each

APR FC Sets Its Eyes on Continental Glory

The club has officially begun training in Shyorongi, with all the new players already integrated, signaling APR FC’s intent to compete at the international level once again.
