Businessman and former Rayon Sports president Munyakazi Sadate has declared that he has no plans to return to the management of the popular football club.
Speaking in his own words, Sadate said he did what he had to do during his time in charge, and now considers himself just a fan who supports the current leadership.
He made this statement on July 6, 2025, in Nyamirambo, after receiving a certificate of appreciation for his contribution to the Esperance Football Tournament, organized by renowned referee Ishimwe Claude, also known as Cucuri.
Sadate emphasized that although he will never forget the love shown to him by Rayon Sports fans, he has no intention of getting involved again in the club’s management.
He said:
“I have no plans. I led the club and did what I could. Now others are leading it well.”
