Rwanda Television journalist Paul Rutikanga officially tied the knot with his fiancée Uwera Caroline in a civil ceremony held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at Remera Sector, Kigali City.
This legally binding union is a precursor to the traditional and religious wedding ceremonies scheduled for August 29, 2025.
Rutikanga is a well-known figure in Rwandan media, especially recognized for presenting news on RBA. He began his journalism journey at Cloud TV, then moved to TV10, before joining RBA in March 2017.
On November 5, 2024, he was appointed as the Director of Partnerships and Collaboration at RBA.
The wedding with Uwera Caroline was attended by their friends and families, who expressed great joy on their memorable day.
