The City of Kigali Administration, the Ministry of Technology and Innovation and other experts in urban housing in Africa are in a discussion that shows what needs to be done so that the city administration can keep up with the speed of cities on this continent.

They are also discussing investments in cities where the private sector has invested in housing and is demonstrating its role in developing affordable housing in cities that are expanding rapidly.

It is a discussion that prepares the Africa smart cities investment summit in September that will bring together investors in this field of cities in Africa, the administration of different cities and others.

They will discuss what has been done in urban planning and the direction of cities that are being inhabited at a high speed. By 2030, African cities will be home to over 760 million people.
