Ishimwe Vestine, one of the members of the popular Rwandan gospel duo Vestine & Dorcas, got engaged and was formally proposed to by her partner Ouedraogo Idrissa in a colorful ceremony held at Intare Conference Arena in Rusororo.
The engagement took place on the morning of Saturday, July 5, 2025, and was attended by both families, close friends, fans, and several celebrities, including artist Chriss Easy.
The event was filled with joy and emotion, as Vestine and Idrissa publicly expressed their love and commitment in front of a cheering crowd.
Vestine & Dorcas are best known for their gospel hits such as “Adonai” and “Yebo”, and have played a significant role in promoting Christian music in Rwanda.
