Preseident Kagame has suspended Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Sports, Shema Maboko Didier, over yet to know reasons.
Maboko was suspended on September 16, according to the communique from Office of the Prime Minister, Dr Edouard Ngirente.
Maboko was PS since November 2019.
