TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR SUPPLYING DIFFERENT MATERIALS AND SERVICES TO IPFG, FINANCIAL YEAR 2020

IPFG is a public-profit making organization created in 2002 and legally registered by the Ministerial Order N0 17/11 of 31 January 2006 which was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda O.G N0 10 bis of 15 May 2006. It is based in Nyamagabe District, Gasaka Sector, Opposite Nyamagabe District Office.

IPFG is looking for competent and reputable suppliers to supply/or provide the following materials or services:

Provision of IT services to IPFG

Interested, capable and eligible companies or business groups are required to submit the following documents:

1. Registration (TIN number);

2. Prior experience (Statement/Certificate of services rendered) ;

3. Relevant references ;

4. Technical capability/compatibility ;

5. Cost of eligible goods and services (Quotation showing unity costs);

Note: Should be using EBM (Electronic Billing Machine)

The interested required documents should be submitted to IPFG�s office not later than 20th March 2020 by 5h00 p.m. The application documents should be sent by email to [email protected] or hard copies in IPFG�s secretariat by the time stated above. Note that the unity costs should be inclusive of all taxes and quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF) exclusively.

Only qualified companies or individuals will be considered. Remember that they have to abide by IPFG�s Code of Procurement Ethics and Safeguarding of Programme Participants.
