Rwanda Prosecution is seeking a life sentence for Paul Rusesabagina, FLN-MRCD terror group leader, in the ongoing appeal trial.

Rusesabagina is currently serving a 25-year sentence handed to him in September by the High Court Chamber for International and Cross Border Crimes.

Prosecutions says he committed grave crimes and he did not fully confess, as a result he does not deserve leniency.

Prosecution claim they do not understand to which basis the court sentenced Rusesabagina, 25 years in jail.
