“While opposing the Rwandan aggression, I disapprove of this approach which demeans the DRC because Ms. Mushikiwabo is SG of the OIF and she does not embody any Rwandan function at the moment.
While disapproving of the unacceptable Rwandan maneuvers in international institutions through their representatives against the Congo, it is the responsibility of the DRC to show greatness.
As Congolese, I was president of the Pan-African Youth Union at the time of serious tensions between our two countries.
I had to represent African youth at all meetings of the African Union and others organized in Rwanda because I was first of all at the service of the continent, of all African youth including Rwandans.
I responded to Rwanda’s invitations, because I also had in my attributions, the representation of Rwandan youth with whom I also had to serve Africa.
