Ntimugura, resident of Nyamirama Sector in Kayonza District, Eastern Rwanda, allegedly kills, Jean Pierre Ahirushakiye in 200Rwfs feud.
The incident took place 0n 23 October in the night, according to local Tv station, BTN.
Eyewitness claim ” I heard someone asking for help during night, when I went out, a found out that Ntimugura had a handle and hit in the head of the late who died at the spot.”
Sister of the deceased, says ” I heard that Ahirushakiye owed Ntimugura 200 Rfws. I don’t have much details about the incident.”
Rwanda Investigation Bureau has launched the investigation on the matter.
