Ku birebana no kwiyahura, umubare w’abapfa biyahuye ubarwa ku bantu ibihumbi ijana. Muri aka karere habanza Congo Kinshasa(9,8/100.000) hagataho u Rwanda (8,5/100.000), Burundi(8/100.000), Uganda(7,1/100.000), Tanzaniya(7/100.000) naho Kenya ni 6,5/100.000.
Ibihugu bica agahigo mu kugira abaturage biyambura ubuzima ni : Lituania (37,7/100.000), Sri Lanka(35,3/100.000), Guyane(29/100.000), Mongolia na Koreya(28,3/100.000).
