The meeting between Rwanda- Uganda on the implementation of Luanda agreement ended with no solution.
The meeting from both side was held yesterday in Kampala for many hours.
“More than 7 hours of a deep, open, frank but cordial discussion between #Uganda & #Rwanda. No agreement on a solution to the most contentious issues (Uganda’s support to armed groups & illegal detention of Rwandans in Uganda). It was expect the meting would put an end to two years frosty relations between both state.
