The meeting between Rwanda- Uganda on the implementation of Luanda agreement ended with no solution.
The meeting from both side was held yesterday in Kampala for many hours.
“More than 7 hours of a deep, open, frank but cordial discussion between #Uganda & #Rwanda. No agreement on a solution to the most contentious issues (Uganda’s support to armed groups & illegal detention of Rwandans in Uganda). We agreed to refer the matter to our Heads of State.” Rwandan state minister in the Ministry of Foreign Affair, Olivier Nduhungirehe tweeted
It was expect the meting would put an end to two years frosty relations between both state.
