TERMS OF REFERENCES (ToR) FOR THE TRASH PICK UP SERVICES FOR CARE INTERNATIONAL IN RWANDA (OFFICE)

CARE Rwanda is intending to secure a professional contractor to provide TRASH PICKUP services and garbage bags for CARE Rwanda office for one year starting with the signature of the contract.
Requirements
The successful bidder should avail the following documents:
Company profile
List of large customers
Three Certificates of completion of a similar service
VAT Certificate
RDB registration certificate
RRA tax clearance certificate
RSSB tax clearance certificate
RURA authorization certificate
The best offer with the best conditions of services, payment terms and competitive prices will be retained.

The Bidder will ensure that its envelope is submitted to the CARE International in Rwanda Reception, at the office located in Kacyiru, PO.BOX 550 Kigali, KN 8 Avenue 78, Plot No 720 or sent to the following email address: RWA.Procurement@care.org no later than December 23rd, 2019 at 5:00 pm
