TENDER NOTICE FOR CONDUCTING EXTERNAL AUDIT OF PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE.
Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe (PFTH) is an Umbrella Organization established in October 1992 and currently represents 53 member organizations within the country. The umbrella aims at improving the status of women, peace, development and eradicate all forms of discrimination towards women as well as to promote their social- economic, political and legal status and to enhance the institutional and organizational capacities of its member organizations through the promotion of sustainable human development approach based on gender equality and a culture of peace, justice and human rights.
As it is a requirement that every year, the organization provides an annual financial audit report for the expenditures incurred from their budget lines. It is based on this that Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe would like to recruit an audit firm for conducting external audit for its accounts.
Tender documents can be obtained at Pro-Femmes /Twese Hamwe Head Office in Gahanga sector, Kicukiro district from 06/01/2020 during working hours upon presentation of a proof of payment of non-refundable fees of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Frw) to the account number 1002190104949201 of Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe opened in ACCES BANK.
Well printed proposals, properly bound in two copies one of which is original should be addressed to the Executive Director of Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe not later than 17th January 2020 at 10: am local time. Proposals will be opened publically on the same day at 10:30 am local time.
