In light of this, RCB seeks to recruit highly qualified and professional candidates for the following positions
MICE Sales Manager: The MICE Sales Manager reports to the Director of Destination Marketing is in charge of developing a sales
strategy to generate MICE business and meet agreed set annual revenue and volume targets for RCB on behalf of the government. The
Jobholder identifies the market potential, develops a sales plan and executes the plan through attracting regional and international
events to Rwanda.

2. MICE Sales Manager
Generate MICE revenues through:
Proactive bidding for Intergovernmental meetings and NGO meetings;
Support the Public institutions and local NGO’s in bid preparation and presentation;
Participate in international MICE sales platforms to Maximize MICE Sales and Revenues;
Attend Roadshows to destinations with headquarters of inter-governmental and NGO’s events;
Regulate/Advise government spending on events by conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBAs) for events before they happen;
Support Public Institutions in negotiating contracts/MoU with clients to bring events to the country;
Provide an appealing experience to buyers/clients visiting Rwanda for a site inspection by planning and organizing site visit for clients;
Host potential MICE buyers on Fam trips by Organizing Fam trips for MICE Buyers from our core markets.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Sales and Marketing or related field.
At least five years of working experience in the Sales and Marketing field, and business development at a managerial level.
Must Possess good negotiation skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent Presentation Skills
Ability to write and prepare bids
