PRE-QUALIFICATION TENDER FOR SUPPLY OFFICE ITEMS AND SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 2020-2021
INTRODUCTORY BACKGROUND
UNABU is a non-governmental organization established in 2004 by and for women with various disabilities (WWDs) envisioning a society where “WWDs enjoy equal and equitable opportunities and actively participate in the country’s development”. UNABU is inviting bids from all eligible firms and individuals for pre-qualification for the provision of services and supplies for the financial year 2020-2021 as per the LOTS specified in the table below.
LOT # 10: Expression of Interest for supplying IT materials
SELECTION CRITERIA
The identification of the supplier shall be based on the following criteria: (1)Past performance (Proven experience in similar service provision); (2)Credibility of the supplier ( legal documentation and good reputation ), (3)Availability of required qualified team and equipment, (4) Value for money, (5)Disability sensitivity
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
Interested and qualified companies and individuals should address their expression of interest to unaburwanda@yahoo.com in PDF labeled “Prequalification for provision of (# of LOT and title)”. Only qualified Rwandan companies will be considered. Any questions regarding this Expression of Interest should be directed to unaburwanda@yahoo.com not later than 30 January 2020 at 12:00 pm. Late expression of interest shall not be accepted.
