RwandAir announces that its flight early this morning was involved in a runaway excursion upon landing at Entebbe International Airport, Kampala-Uganda.
“RwandAir flight WB464 upon landing at Entebbe International Airport early this morning, was involved in a runaway excursion as a result of bad weather.” Announces today, April 20, 2022.
According to this national airline of Rwanda, all passengers and flight crew deplaned safely with no reported injuries.
Uganda Civil Aviation Authority’s Spokesperson, Vianney Luggya tells Chimpreports that “all efforts are underway to remove the aircraft from the runaway strip so that the main runaway can return for full use.”
