FARDC’s general Tshitambwe meeting with FDLR major may bring catastrophe- M23 warns

M23 Movement has warned that on November 13, Maj Gen Tshitambwe Tshiko Gerome of FARDC has met Major Nkodosi, of FDLR/FOCA’s to discuss an undisclosed matters, M23 said in a statement.
