Ange Kagame, the daughter of Rwandan President, Paul Kagame, and her husband, Bertrand Ndengeyingoma, have given birth to their second child.
The news was confirmed by Kagame himself via Twitter, while congratulating the couple.
“Congrats Ange & Bertrand …” Kagame tweeted on Wednesday
Kagame has four children, only his daughter, 29 is married while first son, 32 still single.
