DR Congo has responded Kigali’s allegations that FARDC has been engaged in provocation activities while fighting M23 rebels.
FARDC questioned how Rwanda is concerned with the ongoing war between FARDC and M23.
Again DR Congo accused Rwanda of supporting the rebels. The latter denies these accusations.
