Gov’t cut school fees to 85000Rwf in public schools

Rwanda Ministry of Education has released new regulations about parents’ contribution in public and government subsidised pre-primary, primary, and secondary schools, where parents contribution will be 19,500 Rwf for day student and 85,000 Rwf for boarding student.
