UMUHUZA Organization hereby invites qualified Audit Firms Operating in Rwanda to bid for the provision of External Audit Services for the Financial Year starting January 01st, 2019 to December 2019.
Terms of Reference may be obtained at UMUHUZA – Head Office from Friday 31 January 2020 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwanda Francs (10,000 Fwr) deposited to the Account # 250043589001 labelled “UMUHUZA” opened at I&M Bank”
Well printed proposals written in English, properly bound (technical proposals in one envelope and Financial proposals in another envelope) and presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy in sealed envelopes must be deposited at UMUHUZA head Office located in Kigali Remera, Rukiri 11, KG125 St 3, near IKARO Plaza and Remera Bus station, P.O Box 2030 Tel 280539555 not later than 7th February 2020 at 10:00 local time. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 7th February 2020 at 10:30 am Local time at UMUHUZA Conference room.
