Kagame abruptly stops at Nyabugogo

President Kagame makes a surprise stop to greet residents in Nyabugogo on his drive home from the 4 days of #CitizenOutreach visits, Rwanda Presidency has revealed on Twitter.

Press Secretary in the Office of the President, Stephanie Nyombayire has posted the video of Kagame walking on foot in Nyabugogo, while waving to the excited crowd.

The 18 seconds video also shows the highly guarded Kagame getting back in the car leaving people who were singing ” Ni wowe” meaning ” You are the one.”

Sometimes Kagame stops in Nyabugogo, a suburb in Kigali in order to greet citizens who wait for him to get greetings.
