President Kagame announced that he had a phone conversation with Charles III, The King of the United Kingdom, and deliver to him a condolences message for the passing of his mother Queen Elizabeth II.
Kagame confirmed the news via Twitter on Thursday.
” I had the opportunity to express through a phone conversation, my sincere condolences to His Majesty King Charles III for the passing of his mother Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.”
“Rwanda looks forward to working together with King Charles III to move the Commonwealth agenda forward in service of all our citizens.” Kagame added
Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II passed away on September 8 this year, making the end of 70 year- rule.
