Kagame commends Prof Duclert, Prof Kabwete

President Kagame has commended French Prof. Duclert and Prof. Charles Mulinda Kabwete of the University of Rwanda for organizing the first session of the international conference on the Genocide against the Tutsi which is taking place in Kigali.
