President Kagame Paul of Rwanda is expected to address citizens on several issues regarding the nation today, Monday, December 27th, 2021 at 3 pm local time. Rwanda Broadcasting Agency, RBA, on Twitter announced that the speech will be aired through its channels. It is expected, Kagame will address many issues that highly concern Rwandans amid covid-19 pandemic, foreign affairs, economy to name a few.
