Marketing Manager

ICM Rwanda Agribusiness Limited (Lucki Rice) is seeking a Marketing Manager to be responsible for a range of marketing and promotional activities working with our executive group based at the Head Office in Kigali.
The business is an established agriculture venture in Rwanda focused on rice production and retailing and operating at all levels of the value chain. This varied role in a friendly office will suit an organized, creative and pro-active professional with an eye for detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING MANAGER
Managing all marketing activities by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating advertising media and trade promotion programs within the company.
Develop and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activities within the agreed budget.
Assess expected sales volume for existing and new products; analyze trends and results, monitoring costs and competition.
Ensure all Lucki Rice Marts and company products are consistent in the internal and external layout and design and comply with recognized corporate and industry standards.
Creating promotions for all products
Develop social media marketing streams which will widen the Lucki brand
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce or any other relevant business-related field
A Master’s Degree in Marketing or MBA is also highly desirable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with employees from the board room down to operational staff and conduct dealings with external
A salary commensurate with the applicant’s experience will be negotiated.
