Politician Fred Sekikubo Barafinda has been re-admitted at Ndera Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, following signs of a mental breakdown he has been experiencing over the past few days.

A local newspaper, KT Press has written on Twitter on Tuesday Morning that ” Barafinda was admitted upon confirmation by Doctors at CARAES Ndera that he had a mental condition. Upon being discharged 6 months later, a rehabilitated & healthy-looking Barafinda went into a hiatus from public appearances, but later resumed giving incoherent interviews to Youtubers.”

Meanwhile, Human Rights Activist, Consultant, and Editor Ntwali John Williams said Brafinda was last night taken away by unknown people in uniform.

Motif d’enlevement?Lieu de detention?”

Ntwali alleges, wife to Barafinda confirmed the disappearance of her husband.

The Rwanda Investigation Bureau Spokesperson, Dr. Murangira confirmed to KT Press that the latest request to admit Barafinda followed a series of utterances that increasingly pointed to his condition recurring.

Barafinda, who sought to contest for Presidency in 2017, is a founder of a not yet registered political party namely RUDA and a controversial figure when it comes to opinion on issues related to Rwanda political arena.
