RwandAir hereinafter called ‘’Client” has got funds from its ordinary budget towards the cost of Sourcing cleaning services to interested cleaning companies in Rwanda. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir invites eligible companies to submit bids for the provision of office cleaning services as indicated in detail in the tender document under terms of references section.

Soft Copy of the Tender Document in English may be obtained from RwandAir, procurement Office, at Head office, located at Kigali International Airport upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of (15,000), fifteen thousand to Account N° 010-5003664-01-74 opened at I and M Bank or USD 18 on account No 5003664-02-71(USD) opened at I and M Bank with swift IMRWRWRW. All the two accounts are in the name of RwandAir.

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 19th December 2019 RwandAir Head Office, Kigali International Airport, 2nd Floor, and Procurement Office from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm local time.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach Central Secretariat of RwandAir Head Office, Kigali International Airport, 2nd Floor, P.O. Box: 7275 Kigali – Rwanda not later than January 10th, 2020 at 10:00 AM local time; or 08:00 am GMT. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at RwandAir Head Office, Kigali International airport, 2nd floor, and main board room at 10:30 am local time or 8:30 am GMT.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title, Attention to Central Secretariat RwandAir- Head Office, Kigali International Airport. Documents comprising the Bid are clearing indicated in the tender document.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir Procurement policy in place and where necessary Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date may be referred to.

RwandAir, however, reserves the right to cancel this tender any time before a contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
