World Vision is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization whose purpose is to create lasting change in the lives of children, families, and communities living in poverty. World Vision is dedicated to working with the world’s most vulnerable children. In Rwanda, World Vision has been part of the country’s experience and journey since 1994 working through relief, rehabilitation, and development programs.
World Vision Rwanda hereby invites all companies specialized in the field, to participate in the competition for the supply of kitchen items. Participation to the completion is therefore open and on equal conditions to all specialized companies in the field.
Terms of reference may be obtained at World Vision Rwanda- Head office from 4th March 2020 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Rwf), deposited on the account #0010083813839701 labeled “WORLD VISION RWANDA” opened at “ECOBANK”.
Well printed proposal written in English, properly bound and presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy in sealed envelopes must be deposited at World Vision Head office located in Kigali / Kacyiru, P.O. Box 1419, Tel.: 0788308924/6/7/8 latest on 16th March 2020 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected and bidders should sign in the tender register at the main gate. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 16th March 2020 at 10:30 am local time at World Vision office Board room
