Women for Women International (WfWI) is an International Non-profit Organization committed to improving lives of socially excluded and marginalized women in conflict and post-conflict settings. WfWI provides a 12-month program on life skills, rights education, and vocational skills training.
WfWI has been implementing its core program to improve women’s lives and their families, since 1997 and is operating in 11 Districts of Kayonza, Muhanga, Rwamagana, Gasabo, Kicukiro, Nyaruguru, Bugesera, Huye, Ngororero, Nyabihu, and Musanze.
Women for Women International- Rwanda (WfWI) would like to hire an insurance company for annual Medical insurance of its 36staff and their dependents (see details at WfWI Office) for the period of January 1st, 2020 – December 31st, 2020.
In this regard, we request your company to submit technical and financial proposals for the Medical insurance of the staff and their dependents as detailed on the attached list. Prices should be all taxes inclusive.
The quotation will include:
1. Company profile and Certificates showing the company background & the company assets which back the business
2. Audited financial statement for the last 2 years (2017 & 2018)
3. Solvency margin computation for 2017& 2018
4. Provide References of recognized non- government organization your company had insured before with medical insurance (Good completion certificates)
5. To submit the list of the approved Medical Services Providers
6. Proof of insuring 2 big companies with at least 500.000.000frw of capital
The Envelopes should be submitted to Women for Women International office located at Kimihurura KN 14 AV – Plot# 49 – Tel. + 252 586944 not letter than Tuesday 31st December 2019 at 10:00 through the tender box at Reception and public opening of envelopes will be at the same time
