Enviroserve Rwanda Green Park (ERGP) is a private company dedicated to electronic and electrical waste recycling, green growth, and the circular economy. As a subsidiary of Enviroserve Dubai, an ISO, OSHA certified company with over 15 years of experience in operating the world’s largest electronics and specialized recycling facility, Enviroserve is pioneering e-waste management in East Africa and operates the region’s only state-of-the-art e-waste dismantling and recycling facility.

Enviroserve Rwanda Green Park wishes to recruit a qualified candidate to develop and execute the company’s marketing and communication strategy.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Develop yearly communication and marketing plans
Preparing, planning and managing publicity strategies and marketing campaigns to maximize the company’s brand and promotion activities
Writing and producing presentations and press releases
Dealing with inquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
Organizing and representing the company at promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company’s message to our customers
Speaking publicly at media interviews, press conferences, meetings and presentations
Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current service modalities
Ensuring a strong and positive presence of the company on social media and other marketing channels
Preparing and approving media reports, press releases, articles, market research, etc.
Documenting the lessons learned on different projects and writing articles and press releases to the local and international press
Overseeing all internal and external communications and ensure consistent messaging
Planning and managing marketing events and evaluating their success
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities
Plan and execute day to day marketing activities
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
Engaging and managing external contractors and suppliers relevant to marketing and communications to produce content for the company (e.g. promotional materials, videography, and photography)
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Training Required

Master’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, business administration or other related fields. A specialized diploma or other qualification will be an advantage.
At least three years of work experience gained within the jobs related to communications, marketing, fundraising, events promotion, journalism or other closely related fields
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English, French, and Kinyarwanda preferred
Excellent writing skills
Extensive experience in the use of social media
Experience with computer and software tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, multimedia applications, etc.
Knowledge of graphic and web design and CMS management
Key Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good IT skills
Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
Passionate and innovative by creating new ideas
Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
