African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) implementing USAID TWIYUBAKE PROGRAM, is looking for potential bidders to supply Iron sheet for vulnerable people with unimproved Latrine supported by the Program. Specifications and bill of quantities of needed materials are given below; in one (1) lot.:

Iron Sheets and nails will be supplied to Nyarugenge District (Kigali, Mageregere, Kanyinya, Gitega, Nyakabanda sectors), Kamonyi District (Karama, Nyarubaka, Rukoma sectors), Gasabo District (Ndera, Nduba, Gikomero sectors). The supplier will incur all the transport costs to the above-mentioned destinations. The tender document is given after presenting a payment slip of non-refundable 5,000 RWF on bank account number 00040-000047325-22 RWF / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali.
Well bound and sealed bids presented in three copies (2 photocopies and one original) should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office in Kagarama, Kicukiro District, not later than December 5, 2019, at 2:00 pm local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office on the same day at 2:30 pm.
Bids must include: Item name, unit & total cost including VAT, delivery period, EBM registration certificate, RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three companies and Payment slip of 5,000 RWF non-refundable.
