Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) is an international development charity with a vision for a “world without poverty” and a mission to “bring people together to fight poverty”. VSO recruits professionals to work as volunteers, living and working alongside local populations in developing countries. VSO was founded in 1958, and currently works in 23 countries in Africa, Asia and the Pacific.

Livelihoods Context Analysis: Labour Market Scan, Market Scan, and Stakeholder Analysis
VSO Rwanda intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this tender notice is issued.
VSOR invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Livelihoods Context Analysis: Labour Market Scan, Market Scan, and Stakeholder Analysis” as indicated in detail in the tender document/invitation to tender (ITT).
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from VSOR Head Office upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,000 (Five Thousand Rwandan Francs Only) deposited at our office in Kimihurura.
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 04/12/2019 to 16/12/2019.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in one copy which is the original must reach the procurement officer at the address mentioned above not later than 16/12/2019 at 4:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

Bidding and tendering will be done in accordance to the procurement policy and best practices of VSO Rwanda.
