DALFA Umurunzi, a not yet registered party founder and chairperson, Ingabire Victoire alleges, yesterday, Rwanda Investigation Bureau interviewed her from 9am until 5pm.

from 9am until 5pm. I got home safely.” Ingabire tweeted
RIB did not say anything regarding these allegations.
Recently, Ingabire was summoned to RIB HQS at Kamukina i Kigali, according to what he tweeted.
Last time she could not make it to RIB due to having flu.
The motive for summon was not announced. However, sources link the summon to the recent arrest of party members accused of spreading rumors that could result into violence.
