President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame has cleared air that Rwanda is not responsible for the war between DR Congo and M23 rebels, citing Kinshasa should deal with it accordingly for it is on her territory.
In an interview that reflected on various issues with national broadcaster yesterday, Kagame said that the DRC crisis should be handled peacefully, not war.
He said the issue has become cumbersome due to some individuals who prefer short cut to look for the solutions, who sometimes have other intentions, citing ” Rwanda not responsible for DR Congo and M23 war.”
Kagame said there are impeccable evidences that Kinshasa support FDLR, rebels that hope to overthrow Kigali regime. DRC refutes these accusations.
Meanwhile, DRC accuses Kigali of supporting M23 rebels, saying they have proofs of these allegations.
