Rwandan President, Kagame Paul and Commander In Chief of Armed Forces has promoted Brig Gen Ruki Karusisi, Brig Gen Willy Rwagasana and Brig Gen Vincent Nyakarundi, to the rank of Major General.
According to the 11 July statement, the decision will take the immediate effect.
The CIC also has promoted army spokesperson, Col Ronald Rwivanga to Brigadier General
