A yet to be identified Congolese soldier was shot dead by Rwandan security forces at the border with Rwanda, Rwanda Defence Forces, Brig Gen Ronald Rwivanga has confirmed.
Reports have it that the FARDC soldier was shot while ON Rwanda territory, Busasamana area in Rubavu District, North-Western Rwanda.
Sources told this website, the late wanted to capture sheep from a kid who run towards Rwanda.
He is the second Congolese soldier to be shot by Rwandan security forces within previous three months.
