KTRN is looking for a competent local transport company to provide 3 minibusses (18 seater) for Staff transport services for a period of two years. The mini-buses will be picking KTRN Staff in the morning from 7 AM Monday to Friday as per below locations;

2. Bid submission documents
The bid submitted by the Bidders shall include the following:
Company profile;
Copy of trade license;
A valid copy of the tax clearance certificate;
RURA Certificate
Copies of the inspection report certificate/Control Technique
At least three references accomplished with relevant organizations;
Financial proposals.
The 3 Minibuses MUST be in very good condition. The Minibuses will be picking staff from the said locations from 7 AM-8 AM from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.
Well printed, properly bound bids must reach KTRN Administration Division Offices at 7th Floor Kigali Heights not later than 6th March 2020 at 11:30 AM. Late bids shall be rejected.
