This Thursday, Rwandan YouTuber Gilbert Shyaka, 30, returned to Rwanda several months after he left the country to Uganda.
Shyaka told reporters that he was recruited by Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) to tarnish Rwanda.
